Dedicated peek machining
We have machines dedicated to running PEEK plastic safely and correctly. Five-axis vertical milling centers are used to create plastic implants of all sizes and complexities. The machines run dry, eliminating the chance of contamination from coolants using air blast.
precision 5-axis milling
Simultaneous 5-axis technology paired with high-speed spindles allows us to cut complex shapes with incredible precision and accuracy.
swiss screw machining
For medical devices like rods, pins, cams, and screws, Swiss machining is ideal. Our Tsugami Swiss machines are equipped with automatic 12′ bar feeders to run fully automated.
finishing / assembly
To provide complete production for our clients, we offer several in-house finishing operations, including titanium anodizing, laser engraving, assembly, tumbling, deburring, ultrasonic cleaning, soda blasting, and ink marking.
